Name: Jennifer Terkeltaub Laws
Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa Short Pump / Short Pump

Best thing about job: I love that no day is ever the same. It is exciting to be able to experience new people, events and opportunities.

Volunteer positions: I volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association walks.

Event horror story: There was a small fire in the hotel that set the sprinklers off. The whole ballroom and back hallway were flooded the day of a huge event. Luckily our team is fantastic and had it all cleaned and reset before the event started.

Hobbies: My husband and I love to go see music, plays, comedians visit wineries and breweries in Virginia and try new restaurants in the Richmond area. I enjoy hikes and am working on training for my first Tough Mudder event this year.

Husband/Wife/Kids/Pets:  My husband and I were married August 2016 so we are enjoying our time together before starting a family.

Pet Peeve:  People who discuss being on a diet while you’re in the middle of eating something unhealthy.
